Unlike some of our competitors, our commitment to you doesn’t end when we’ve completed your installation.
In fact our after sales support is crucial to the efficient running of any new RMS system, that’s why we continue to offer our help and advice well after we’ve finished our technical work.
Telephone Support
RMS have dedicated, priority telephone lines for all EPOS issues. We can provide telephone support Monday to Sunday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm
Remote Assistance
RMS can provide remote support capability enabling our technical team to resolve issues through remote access, directly to your POS or back office computer (this requires a broadband connection).
